A used bottle accumulation table conveyor is a conveyor that collects and unscrambles products during the packing or conveying processes. They are used to balance production rates and create a buffer space for products while production continues. Accumulation tables are often used for either accumulating at the end of a production line, feeding empty bottles, loading containers at the beginning of the bottle production line, collecting filled containers from a bottle filling line, Off-loading bulk round, flat-bottom products in a single-file line. The rotary bottle accumulator tables can also be used for dealing with production bottlenecks and service issues. Rotary accumulation tables typically have the following features: Stainless or aluminum discs, enclosed or open frames, Variable speed controls, DC or VFD controllers, smooth edge disc tops, adjustable side rails and container feed or pack off platforms. Rotary accumulation tables are available for hand packing applications in both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Rotary accumulation tables can handle multiple container sizes and materials. Standard diameters are 36″, 48″, 60″ and 72″.
