BCAST 220 GALLON STAINLESS INSULATED CONED BOTTOM PROCESS TANK

A DCI Insulated and or jacketed stainless steel mix processor tank is a vessel with a double wall design that can be used for mixing, heating, cooling and storing products. Jacketed tanks and kettles have a double wall design that allows for temperature control through the circulation of a heated or cooled fluid. Steam is also often used to heat if the jacket has a pressure rating high enough. Jacketed tanks are used in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, brewery, dairy, food and beverage. Insulated and or Jacketed process mix batch tanks are typically used with high temp and or high pressure steam for the heating process of food grade products. Don’t get confused, an insulated process mixing tank is NOT designed to handle pressures greater than atmospheric pressure (14.7 psi). A steam jacketed tank is designed and engineered from the MFG to handle design pressures for heating and or cooling.
