Ice breaker tanks are designed to chop shave concentrate blocks of frozen juice using special agitation inside tank along with steam jacket heating of the vessel. The lower half of the tank is heated to keep the shaved ice from freezing up and solidifying. There are multiple applications for ice breaker tanks inside a production facility.
