A Belcor case erector is a machine that automatically folds, shapes, and seals flat cardboard boxes into finished cases. They are also known as box erectors. A case erector can use either hot glue or tape to seal the bottom of the erected box. Case erectors are often used in conjunction with a case sealer to seal the bottom of the erected and filled box. A case sealer is a machine that seals the flaps of a box to close it, typically during the packaging process. Inline Case sealers can use hot melt glue / adhesive, tape, or gummed tape to create a secure seal that protects the contents of the box.
