ELF Vibratory Cap Sorter, Sorting, Feeder
Information Request
A vibratory cap sorter is a machine that uses vibration to sort and feed caps into a production line. They can handle a variety of cap sizes and types, but may have limitations when sorting caps with complex shapes or irregularities. Caps are fed into the sorter’s bowl, either automatically or manually, and then vibration sorts them into the correct orientation. Vibratory sorters are versatile and can handle a wide range of caps. They can often be adjusted by making small changes to the bowl, without needing to change parts. These types of vibratory cap sorters can bused with simple bottling production lines in conjunction with inline bottle cappers after the bottle filler, to sort plastic caps such as screw caps, snap-caps, flip-top caps and others styles.
