Used NEMC New England 36″ Empty Bottle Unscrambler with Bottle Feeder, Model #NEHACL-36, Serial #2428, 36” Sorting Bowl, Speeds up to 250 BPM; based upon product specifications, Container size range: 1/2″ to 3″ Diameter, Existing Change parts for ​8 oz. Bottles, Capable of running round, oval, square, oblong and several other shape containers. Used bottle descrambler. This unit has been removed from its previous bottled water production facility. The bottle unscrambler has been function tested at our facility and can be placed immediately into production. This bottle unscrambling equipment is currently located at our Used Packaging Equipment LLC Warehouse Facilities located in Caddo Mills, TX. 75135. A bottle unscrambler is a machine that automatically sorts and feeds bottles onto a conveyor belt for further processing. Bottle unscramblers are a key part of the bottling process and can handle a variety of containers, including HDPE, PET and many different schapes including round, oval, square and rectangle. Bottle unscramblers can have integrated processing stations for air rinsing, desiccant insertion, bottle coding, inspecting, rejecting, bottle labeling, and more. Bottles leave the unscrambler and go on to be filled, capped, labeled, packed and then palletized.
